We are so excited for Strong Tower Yoga tonight! Every Monday at 4:30 and 5:30 we offer a unique Yoga experience! Our 60 minute Yoga sessions are broken down into 2 parts. The first half is instructional as our coach walks you through the movements. She will explain how each pose works and help align you to perform it correctly. The second half of the class will comprise of using those poses in a flow. If you have ever wanted to step into this incredible space of health this is your time.
